Dick has been active in commercial real estate since 1978. He began his commercial real estate career with Grubb & Ellis, where he rose to the position of national manager of real estate investments, managing investment sales persons in 54 offices nationwide. In 1994 Dick formed Biltmore Holdings. Early acquisitions ranged across the country in the aftermath of the RTC debacle and include defaulted loan portfolios as well as high rise office and industrial parks.
