Established in 1994, LYGO has accumulated years of experiences in designing and manufacturing high quality battery chargers for NiCD and NimH batteries, switching power supply, power supply units (AC-DC adaptors), power transformers and car cigarette plug power supply. Occupying a floor space of 50,000sqf, LYGOs Dongguan-based manufacturing plant is vertically integrated and certified with ISO9001. It features an in-house plastic injection and tools shop as well as associate DC cord extrusion and plug moulding facilities. With a 500-strong work force, the plant boasts a monthly production capacity of 900,000 to 1,000,000 units. The companys research and development department focuses on new product development while ensures all products comply with the international safety regulations. The QC and QA teams will, on the other hand, guarantee the excellent performance of all LYGO products.
