Prior to founding BAM, Bill was a Senior Associate at Gensler and was the originator of the Gensler Rentable Area Management (RAM) System. He was also a project manager, and a strategic facilities planner/programmer. Bill has measured over 68 Million square feet of office, industrial and retail space in 26 states. He has been an instructor in the BOMA Standard for BOMA, IFMA, developers and design professionals, and has published numerous articles on measurement issues. Bill is a Licensed Architect in Colorado, holds an NCARB Certificate, is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the Building Owners and Manager's Association, and the International Facility Management Association. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
