FirstMemories.com was established in 1999, one year after I gave birth to my son. I had been dabbling in web design for a few years and after I left my job, I decided it would be a great idea to offer online birth announcements. I had created one for my son and everyone loved it. It was also a fun way to share my photos with all my friends and family without having to print copies and send them to everyone. Shortly after I embarked on this new adventure, I began creating business web sites. This is how I make my true living now but I have held on to FirstMemories.com because it is close to my heart and it was the beginning of a new career for me. It gave me the opportunity to work at home and be available to my son whenever he needed me. I have recently started working on some new designs so that I may offer a better selection.
