A revolutionary patented treatment for hoof problems including cracks, thin walls, shelly hooves and splayed hooves. Made in the USA from galvanized steel, the plate wraps around the top of the hoof and is easily applied using standard farrier tools. The Nolan Hoof Plate is applied around the top of the hoof and firmly secured down with screws and/or clenched nails, tightly encapsulating the hoof capsule. Following a 20 - 25 day period this casting effect on the hoof causes significant new developments within the hoof. The plate is effective in containing the hoof and bringing relief to the nerves and the inflamed lamina. The horse rapidly responds and appears to be relatively pain free often within the first minutes of having the plate applied.
