Zyflex Sportgear was founded by former members of DuPont who held a patent that allowed them to make a unique fabric that was perfect for cold outdoor weather. The Zyflex Thermal fabric combined a blend of properties (insulation, water-resistance, and breathability) that was altogether different from any other fabric on the market. A large part of why we are different than most sportswear companies is due to our DuPont history. We firmly believe that the quality of the fabric we use is the most important aspect to customer satisfaction. No amount of marketing, PR or sales efforts can take the place of having a quality fabric as a starting point. From there, we are just as picky when it comes to our cut & sew and packaging.
