Zyflex Sportgear was founded by former members of DuPont who held a patent that allowed them to make a unique fabric that was perfect for cold outdoor weather. The Zyflex Thermal fabric combined a blend of properties (insulation, water-resistance, and breathability) that was altogether different from any other fabric on the market. A large part of why we are different than most sportswear companies is due to our DuPont history. We firmly believe that the quality of the fabric we use is the most important aspect to customer satisfaction. No amount of marketing, PR or sales efforts can take the place of having a quality fabric as a starting point. From there, we are just as picky when it comes to our cut & sew and packaging. We are committed to making your satisfaction our number one goal. The management of Zyflex and our parent company Xymid LLC have over a hundred years of combined experience in fabric development, selection and evaluation. Our next step is to test our fabrics in the roughest of conditions. We want to know that when we say that a fabric keeps you warm that it will stand up in the worst or best of environments.
