Evolution Health and Fitness was founded in 1984 by me, Blue Dunn; HHP, MT. Its goal and mission: to provide classes, information, and self-maintenance tools geared toward Healing and Life Reorientation; to empower people to turn their lives around and reclaim the healthy, pain-free, flexible, balanced body which is their birthright. Since 1980 I have been focusing my time, energy, and awareness on these aspects of the body: Flexibility, Body-Mechanics, Movement Reorientation, Balance, Nutrition/Fasting, and Health and Well-being in general.
